聽障輔助之影音文字記錄器

現在許多老師會透過網路直播線上課程,或是錄製自己的授課內容並上傳至網路雲端,讓學生能以線上教學或雲端的方式上課,錄製成影片也能方便同學課後複習與回顧課堂內容。但一般的教學影片較少有字幕的存在,而老師若想在影片上字幕也需要額外花時間編輯。
為了方便老師將影片上字幕,我們使用Python設計了一個程式,引用Google Speech_Recognition引擎來辨識語音,再寫出一個語音斷句的判別方式,並將語音翻譯輸出成有時間標記的字幕檔,方便使用者直接將便是結果結合到影片中,最後使用tkinter撰寫了一個簡單的使用者介面供使用者方便使用。
並且希望這樣的程式對聽障生的學習能有很大的幫助,能透過影片上的字幕了解老師上課的口頭內容,讓他們能更公平的學習、對學習產生更大的興趣與信心。
Now many teachers can broadcast online courses online, or record their own lectures and upload them to the internet. Students can attend classes on the internet. Recording the course into videos help students review classes after school. However, there are fewer subtitles in on-line videos, and if teachers want to subtitle their video need to spend extra time editing video if they want to subtitle in complete curriculum videos, they need to spend lot of time in editing the subtitle.
•In order to facilitate the teacher to subtitle the film, we use Python to design a program, and use the Google Speech_Recognition engine to recognize the voice, and then write a speech sentence judgment method, and output the voice translation into a time-marked subtitle file, convenient for the user. The result is directly incorporated into the film, and finally a simple user interface is written using tkinter for the user's convenience.
I hope that such a program can greatly help the students with hearing impairments. They can understand the oral content of the teacher's class through the subtitles in the film, so that they can learn more fairly and have greater interest and confidence in learning.
