電力需量卸載控制器

本研究是以Arduino Mega 2560為基本架構,利用電流感測模組ACS712計算即時功率,並配合繼電器(Relay) 對消耗功率大的電器進行斷電。具體作法為利用Arduion的程式,配合適合的人機介面,方便使用者觀察及操作,更進一步讓使用者自行設定契約容量數和自動切斷負載的優先順序。本研究目的為架構一套簡單易懂的需量控制器,讓一般高壓用戶也可以查看即時的用電功率,並在功率使用的尖峰時段自動關閉高功率卻不必要的電器,在台灣電力公司的契約容量制度下讓企業避免因超約而需繳納額外費用,使企業能夠達到最高的成本效益。
This research, Demand Controller System, is basically setting up by the Arduino Mega 2560, and calculates the instantaneous power with the current sensing module, ACS712. Going with the Relay, this system can automatically shut down any appliance which occupies too much energy. The concrete measure to supply this system is to carry out the codes of the Arduino IDE, and running by an appropriate human-machine interaction to make sure users can use it intuitively. More over, this system makes users to configure the power limit and the shut down sequence by themselves.
The purpose of this research is to structure an understandable demand controller. It can make ordinary high energy users check their instantaneous power immediately, and automatically shut down the unnecessary appliances while it is the power rush hour. This conception provides users an idea to avoid breaching of contracts and faced with the default fine, minimize the cost it would take.
