汰役電池再利用之儲能系統

鑒於近年來台灣對於綠能產業的重視,發展儲能系統將不穩定的綠電或是多餘的電力儲存下來為現在的當務之急。本文的目的是要架構一套利用汰役電池為零件的儲能系統,並且建構一套有效管理汰役電池的電池管理系統。
首先,電池方面我們要利用SOH這項數值來量化電池的健康程度,在收集到電池之後進行測試與分類以確保使用在電池組的電池都是安全的。
在硬體方面,我們使用了Arduino為控制板,搭配電流計、溫度感測器等獲取電池相關數據,利用這些數值透過演算法計算殘電量以及電池健康程度再與標準值進行比較,最後再由Arduino控制充電端或是負載端之繼電器,並且在LCD上顯示數值。
Many countries show great interest in green energy technology. Developing an energy storage system is therefore the top priority on the to-do list. The main reason is that steady green energy supply is not guaranteed, meaning that the goal of providing electric power at all times to people is not achieved yet. The purpose of this research is to collect used lithium ion batteries to develop an energy storage system. One does not need to concern about insufficient battery supply because there are more and more electrical vehicles delivered to the market. The retired batteries from these vehicles can be recycled in our system.
We propose a solution to recycle those used batteries in this study. We will consider the state-of-health (SOH) and the state-of-charge (SOC) of batteries, making sure that the batteries are saved when we are using them or charging them. Given below is the schematic of the system.
