水力電廠局部放電研究 Partial Discharge Fault Display of Hydropower Plant

本研究參考IEC60270局部放電量測標準,首先利用量測設備MPD600,對大型發電機定子繞組進行局部放電量測,觀察其相位解析局部放電(PRPD)結果,比對IEC規範訂定之高風險程度準則;其次,本研究使用圖形化程式編譯平台LabVIEW,設計一套故障警示人機介面,將上述比對結果呈現出來,並運用Gmail發送警示通知,提供專業經理人及現場工作人員,能快速評估機器設備的健康狀態,及時做出因應對策,達到預防診斷的目的。
最後,實際前往印尼PT. Inalum公司(位於印尼北蘇門答臘)的水力電廠,利用發電機組(容量及電壓為79.2 MW, 11 kV)停機檢修之機會,對其量測局部放電訊號,驗證本研究所建立之故障警示人機介面,確實可行。

The winding insulation damage of generators often shortens the lifetime and seriously affects the operating stability. This thesis refers to the IEC60270 High-voltage test techniques-Partial discharge measurements. First, acquiring the partial discharge data at stator winding of a generator and observing phase resolve partial discharge (PRPD). The results of the PRPD will be compared to the high-risk criteria of the IEC standard. Then, this thesis applies the LabVIEW platform to design a fault warning human-machine interface (HMI) to display the above comparison results and send an alarm notification by Gmail. The human-machine interface is designed to provide professional manager and field engineer, they can quickly assess the health status of electrical machinery, and make countermeasures to achieve the preventive diagnosis.
Finally, This thesis takes a case study in off-line PD measurement at a generator, unit No.3 which is designed with capacity 79.2 MW, 11 kV in Inalum hydropower plant, North Sumatera, Indonesia. Measuring the partial discharge signal by routine maintenance and verifying that the fault warning human-machine interface established in the project is indeed feasible.
