返馳式轉換器應用於48V轉24V之筆記型電腦充電器

近年來電源供應對於全部的電子產品已經是不可或缺的部分了,正因為如此,我們必須探討並研究如何供應電子產品穩定的電壓、電流,而且也要符合產品的要求,使電源供應精簡化跟高效率化,使用高切換頻率的設計就可以達成以上目的。

其中切換式電源轉換器在現今生活中相較於傳統的線性式電源供應器在應用層面上更廣、更常見,當然切換式電源轉換器形式多種,其中的返馳式轉換器(Flyback Converter)因具有低成本、簡易架構、高轉換效率等特性,所以可以達成多組輸出特性以及當輸入電壓波動很大時,無需切換就可達到穩定輸出的特點。

本專題研究中首先針對返馳式轉換器作原理分析與設計,然後根據Altium電路模擬軟體建立其相對應的電路圖,然後分析回授電路跟關關訊號的運作,再與理論比對,最後依據設計之模擬電路製成實體成品,接下來測量於不同負載下的輸出、輸入電壓及電流跟轉換效率後,分析關關模式跟數據結果。

In recent years, power supply for all electronic products has been an indispensable part, because of this, we must explore and study how to supply electronic products stable voltage, current, but also to meet the requirements of the product, so that the power supply is streamlined and efficient, the use of high switching frequency design can achieve the above objectives.

Switching power converters in today's life compared to the traditional linear power supply on the application level is broader, more common, of course, switching power converters in a variety of forms, of which the flyback converter, because of the low cost, simple architecture, high conversion efficiency and other characteristics, therefore, multiple sets of output characteristics can be achieved and when the input voltage fluctuates greatly, there is no need to switch to achieve the characteristics of stable output.

In this paper, the principle analysis and design of the flyback converter are studied firstly, then the corresponding circuit diagram is established according to the Altium Circuit simulation software, then the operation of the feedback circuit and the switch signal is analyzed, and then compared with the theory, the final product is made according to the design simulation circuit. Then, after measuring the output, input voltage and current and conversion efficiency under different loads, the switching mode and data results are analyzed.
