故障顯示人機介面

馬達機械在現今企業中已經是不可或缺的器了,所以此次專題針對達故障進行研究。以傾斜度數的馬震動擷取訊號後經由另一組檢測專題同學研究類神經網路得到準確率,判斷後輸出訊號給我們台程式。程判斷完訊號後依照其情況在人機介面上顯示故障狀此次專題研究從馬達擷取訊號到判斷其故障情形顯示於人機介面,讓使用者可以直接找到故障原因並進行偵錯、維修。
Motor machinery is already an indispensable machine in today's enterprises, so this topic is aimed at researching motor faults. After the signal is shaken by the motor of the inclination, the accuracy of the neural network is obtained through another group of motor fault detection experts, and the output signal is sent to the background program after judging. After the program judges the signal, it displays its fault condition on the man-machine interface according to its condition. This special study shows the fault situation from the motor to the judgment of the human-machine interface, allowing the user to directly find the cause of the fault and perform debugging and repair.
