變壓器改良

在這個電器產品普及的時代,每個家庭至少都會有三、四種電器,然而因 為每個電器所需的電壓不同,所以這時候變壓器就扮演著不可或缺的角 色。本研究目的是為了降低大型變壓器的高度,以減少所佔據的空間。
本研究改變了原先普遍變壓器是由三柱式鐵芯組成,而是採用四柱式 鐵芯,在輸出不變的條件之下,去改變整個變壓器的高度,以減少所需的 空間。先透過 AutoCAD 進行繪畫三柱與四柱變壓器的模型,再匯入 ANSYS
Maxwell 進行模擬,比較三柱與四柱的磁通密度、鐵芯損耗等不同。
The purpose of the research is to lower the height of the huge transformer and reduce the space it occupies. Nowadays, it is an era of appliances. Almost every family has at least three to four kinds of appliances. However, every appliance has its own voltage.

In this situation, we have to rely on the transformer which plays an important role. In the research, we replace a three-column transformer core with a four-column one. Then, we adjust the height of the transformer under the condition of constant electric output. First, we load data into AutoCAD to get a three-column transformer model and a four-column transformer model. Next, we import these models to ANSYS Maxwell for simulation. Finally, we compared the differences of magnetic flux density and loss of core between these two models.
