T5燈管電子安定器的研製

近幾年可以看出來T5燈管的使用率越來越高,而且人們也越來越了解使用T5燈管的優點。首先,跟T8和T9比較後我們發現,T5燈管之功率流明的效率上比較高,而且加上電子安定器後,能省下更多的電。如此現況之下,我們決定研究T5燈管的電子安定器。在論文中,我們會製作兩塊電路來構成此安定器,一部分是功率因數修正器,一部分是變頻器;功率因數修正器可以改善電力品質,而且增加功率因數來減少虛。除此之外,因為從功率因數修正器出來的是直流電而T5燈關需要的是交流電,所以變頻器可以把直流轉成交流電,因此可以點亮燈管。我們會以市電(110V AC)來當作輸入電壓而且會經過橋式整流變成直流電,接著會以升壓型為架構的PFC將電壓提升,而且會用IC L6562來控制開關。接下來會進入變頻器,變頻器是由半橋電路和諧振電路組成,半橋電路可以把輸入的直流電變成交流方波,接著再進入諧振電路把交流方波變成交流弦波,最後點亮燈管。成品做完後,我們發現輸入電壓和輸入電流的相位很接近,除了功率因數提高之外,也能順利的點亮燈管了。
Recent years have seen that the utilization of T5 fluorescent lamps is increasing and people navigate numerous advantages of it. Comparing to the T8 fluorescent lamps and T9 fluorescent, T5 lamps have a better lumens-per-watt efficiency and the cost of energy is lower with an electronic ballast. According to the reason, it inspires us to study the electronic ballast of T5 lamps. In the project, we made two electrical circuits, power factor correction (PFC) and inverter, to compose an electronic ballast. We will use PFC to improve power quality and decrease reactive power. Besides, we make a direct current become an alternating current to lighten a T5 lamp because it is a direct current from PFC. In our opinion, it could become an electronic ballast. First, the initial input voltage is the main electricity by country (110V AC) in PFC and it will become DC by full-wave rectification. Boost can elevate it and let IC L6562 to control the switch. Furthermore, the inverter is consisted of Half-Bridge Converter and a resonant circuit. Half-Bridge Converter could transform direct voltage into alternating voltage in a square waves and after it goes through a resonant circuit, it becomes sinusoid. Thus, the T5 lamp is lightened by them. As a result, the phase of input current is same as the phase of input voltage and the output voltage rises. The power factor is completely increased and we could also lighten the T5 lamp.
