數位可程式電壓式OTA-C通用二階濾波電路之分析合成設計法

文獻資料顯示,沒有一個電壓式的電路能像電流式電路一樣可以用開關來控制一個多功能的電路;也沒有一個分析合成的方法可以用來設計多功能的電路。本研究內容同時實現上述兩個研究動機,以新的分析合成法,利用開關,提出了一個可用開關控制輸出信號的電壓式多功能通用二階濾波電路。所設計出來的電路還同時 符合OTA-C電路設計的三個原則:(一)全部使用單端接地的OTA,(二)全部使用接地的電容器,及(三)使用最少的主、被動元件。
None of the recently reported voltage-mode versatile filters is digitally programmable like the application of easy addition of current-mode filtering signals to do the synthesis. And none of the recently reported Analytical Synthesis Methods is used for the realization of a multifunction filter. Both the above two induced motivations of researches have been merged, developed, and solved in this brief on the voltage-mode OTA-C universal biquad filter which still achieves many advantages like the employments of all single-ended-input OTAs, all grounded capacitors, and the least number of active transistor and passive component counts in addition to have an controllable gain, a cascadable input terminal, and no need to impose component matchings.
