肌電訊號仿生手臂

Nimbly Bionic Arm : 肌電訊號仿生手臂是一種最為直觀的操作機械手臂人
機介面,機械手臂擷取生理訊號後直接模擬操作者的手部動作。以測量手
臂前肢指屈肌和腕屈肌的生理結抗行為,分析其電化學反應產生的
Electromyogram (EMG)肌電訊號ERP 現象分析後設計專屬濾波電路,來執
行機械手臂抓握動作,以六軸動態感知器經過互補濾波得到手部空間姿
態。使得仿生機械手臂得以跟隨著使用者的直覺作動,模擬使用者的手部
移動及抓握動作。代替人類進行危險而需要細膩動作與即時反應的工作,
保護危險場域工作者的人身安全。
Nimbly Bionic Arm is one of the most intuitive interfaces to control the robotic
arm which can simulate the movement and gesture of the user. This product is
based on the analog measurement and ERP analysis of Electromyogram(EMG)
on Extensor Digitorum Muscle that plays the key role of control our hand
gestures. Also, combine the accelerometer and gyroscope apply on
complementary filter to get the relative position of the movement. With this,
we can protect people from direct exposure to danger and help them to do
their jobs that need instantly reactions and fine works.
