玩轉重力

本次研究的出發點是為了讓老師可以不用花時間在擦黑板上,也可以
不用吸 進過多的粉筆灰,所以我們希望可以做出一台能在黑板上跑動並擦 黑板的自走車。 這次研究的重點是,如何讓車子能順利地克服重力以及車 子的板擦與黑板間的摩 擦力,讓車子前進的動力與磁鐵的吸附力達到平 衡,並順利的在垂直的黑板上並 擦黑板,而不會掉下來。
本系統以 STM32 系列晶片為基本架構,自行製作以 STM32K8 為範本的 單晶片,移除不必要的腳位,更進一步輕量化,而有利於車子吸附於黑板 上。另外,使用 PWM 控制馬達轉速,搭配橋式電路控制轉向,並使用 UART 連接藍芽模組,得以完全操控自走車的行走。
我們選擇「磁力」的方式做為自走車吸附於壁陎上的主要作用力,並 與黑板相隔一定距離,達到減少摩擦力的目標,也可以利用了墊片調整磁 鐵與黑板的間距,如此一來我們便能調整到合適的距離,使重力與磁力達 到平衡。
The intention of this project is helping teacher to saving time on cleaning the black board, and will not breathe too much chalk dust. So we plan to design a Vehicle, which can run on black board and help us to clean it.
The point of the project is “How to put the Vehicle on the black board and clean
it cleanly.”
The main system we choose is STM32. We construct a new chip based on STM32K8, only keep the pins we need, in order to reduce the weight, it’s helpful to attach on black boards. Besides, we control the rotation rate of motors by PWM output, and control each one by a bridge circuit, connecting
Bluetooth via UART, in the end. So that we can control the Vehicle completely. Finally, we choose Magnets as the main force. By adjusting the distance between Vehicle and black board, we can find out the best balance of gravity and magnetic force.
