顏色辨識機械手臂應用

我們這次專題跟機械手臂相關。本次專題內容包括了RS232傳輸、類比轉數位轉換器、Visual Basic設計和S6428紅色感測器電路。我們利用Visual Basic設計一個介面,藉由RS232來傳送訊息。當我們按了檢測紅光的按鈕,PSoC發展板會接收到由RS232所傳來的訊息然後經由判斷後送出指定脈波給機械手臂來進行特定範圍內的掃描動作。當感測器感測到紅光會產生一類比電壓,我們在經由類比轉數位轉換器來得到數位電壓。我們可以利用數位電壓來進行程式設計。最後PSoC發展板會產生PWM脈波來使機械手臂到達光源所在之位置。
This monographic study is relative to mechanical arm.The contents combine RS-232 transmission,the A/D convertion,the Visual Basic designs and s6428 red sensor circuit.We use Visual Basic to design a interface to send messages by the RS-232 transmisson.When we press the “check red light”button,the PsoC Development Board receives messages. Then the PsoC Development Board will give the PWM signals to our mechanical arm and start to scan the specific ranges.If the red sensor detects the red light,it is going to generate a Analog voltge.We must to use the A/D convertion to let a analog signal becomes a digital signal.We can use digital signal to design the programming.Final, the PsoC Development Board produces PWM signals to our mechanical arm to move to the red lights.
