3D裱花機

本專題3D裱花機構架設是利用實驗室現有3D天車控制系統(圖1)進行改良,利用立體座標定位以及奶油的裱花藝術,設計出一台3D裱花機。
本專題3D裱花機預期能夠在有限的時間完成所交付給機器的繪圖任務。本專題是藉由電腦模擬和利用實驗室的三維天車控制系統設備進行即時控制的實驗。了解奶油的特性,以及改良Z軸的控制方式,以達到良好控制的效果,拉出我們想要的奶油花,讓美食文化與科技做結合。
目前,本專題研究進度已完成馬達三軸的定位控制以及裱花樣式辨認的部分,Z軸的奶油控制,尚在研究當中。
The researching of my 3D Decorating Machine is based the 3D Crane System,which has already set in the laboratory. I combine coordinate positioning with cream decoration to design a 3D Decorating Machine.

The 3D Decorating Machine is expected to complete drawing tasks in a limited time.
This Machine is instant control by the computer.Understanding the characteristics of butter and modified Z-axis control in order to achieve the control on a good effect.Using 3D Decorating Machine let Delicacy Culture combine with technology.
