發電系統平台於充放電保護電路之研究

摘要

鋰二次電池在目前日常生活中,扮演著極為重要的角色,因為它擁有高能量密度、外型可塑性高、無記憶效應、低自放率、可深度放電等優點,但其過充電和過放電的安全保護問題仍是因材料而無法改變的自然因素。
本研究針對其電路過充放電的安全問題設計了保護電路,且為了判別與了解,用其電壓畫分成三個工作區,並以模擬繪製電路圖來解說一般正常工作點區、過放電工作點區、過充電工作點區;本文首先介紹鋰二次電池基本特性原理,了解安全保護性的問題重要性,接者根據不同的電壓工作區去設計保護電池電路,並針對設計所需提供相關應用的元件介紹,將元件組合成有效之功能電路,
藉由本實驗工法之發電平台供電,經由電路節點設置的錶頭及示波器量測,觀察其各區域的電壓電流,並用模擬電路分析驗證電路的正確性;實驗結果顯示,本實驗電路可針對電池之不同工作點區,應對出不同的充放電流通路徑,成功的讓電池在過放電和過充電使用的情況下,達到保護電池的功效。
Abstract
The lithium secondary batteries play an important role in the daily life. It has the advantage of high energy density, high plasticity of the appearance, no memory effect, low self-discharge rate, depth of discharge , etc . But the over- charging and over-discharging security issues are still the problem can’t solve for its characteristic.

This research designs a safety circuit to protect the batteries from over-charging and over-discharging problems. In order to definitely understand and determine it , we divide the voltage into three working areas and draw the simulated circuit diagram to explain the normal operating point area, over-discharge operating point area over-charge operating point area. The article first introduces the basic characteristics and working principle of lithium secondary batteries to understand the importance of security issues. Designing the safety circuit based on different voltage of working areas. Then introduce the circuit related components’ instruction for the application in the circuit and combines it into an effective functional circuit.

Use the generation of electricity platform for power supply, and measure the voltage or current by LED-display ampere meter and Oscilloscope. Observing the regional voltage and current, and using simulated circuit to analyze and verify the correctness of the circuit. The result shows that the experimental circuit can make different loops to correspond the right operating point area, and the safety circuit successfully protects the battery in over-charging and over-discharging status
