以熱敏電阻控制馬達轉速實現溫度控制

隨著科技不斷的進步,元件也逐漸走向高精細與高功率化的趨勢,但不可避免的是元件也同樣會產生高溫的問題。在解決高溫的情況下,市面上採用的是利用風扇降溫,但也會產生功率消耗與噪音的問題。我們為了能隨時達到低耗能、高功效的綠色科技,最簡單的抑制風扇噪音與調控適當的功率以減少消耗的方法便是通過控制風扇轉速。
我們利用無穩態多諧振盪器製作方波再透過積分器外加熱敏電阻轉成三角波,再透過比較器生成PWM訊號,用來控制馬達轉速。
The electronic component are high narrowly and high efficiency along with science and technology improving. However, electronic component also produce high temperature phenomenon. In order to solve this problem, we all used fan to reduce temperature. But it will produce other problems like power depletion and noisily.

We order to reach the low energy consumption and high efficacy green technology.
The easiest suppression method that fan noisily and regulation appropriate power is controlling fan speed.

We used astable multivibrator to generat square wave, the integrator op amplifier, temperature resistance to convert triangular wave. And we used comparator generating PWM signal to controlling motor speed.
