本文使用電流饋入式(Current-Fed),升壓型柔性切換轉換器之研製。轉換器採用相移式全橋(Phase-Shift Full-Bridge,PSFB)架構,使用US3875作PWM控制器,利用相移後之信號時序,調變工作週期,使轉換器上臂開關工作在零電流切換(Zero Voltage Switch,ZVS),以減低開關元件在導通或截止時交換損失。
  電力系統架構(含功因修正器)與傳統式系統(含自偶變壓器)提高電壓輸出作為量測的比較,藉此印證電源供應器具低諧波、高功因、高效率及體積小之原則,因此符合電力科技產品所要求的輕、薄、短、小、效率高的要求。
This article uses the current fed into (the Current-Fed), flexible switching boost-type converter of Development Full-bridge converter using phase shift (Phase-Shift Full-Bridge, PSFB) architecture, using the US3875 for the PWM controller, using the phase shift of the signal timing, modulation duty cycle in the zero-current switching converter arm switch (Zero Voltage switch ZVS) to reduce the switching element when turned on and off switching loss.
The power system architecture (including power factor correction) and the traditional system (including self-dual transformer) to increase the voltage output as a comparison of measurements to prove the low harmonics of the power supply apparatus, high power, high efficiency and small size, the principles of therefore comply with the requirements of power technology products light, thin, short, small, high efficiency requirements.
